My name is Tyler, and I craft winning campaigns that captivate audiences.
My background
Since 2018, I’ve built a multidisciplinary career at the intersection of creative direction, brand strategy, and marketing operations.
I co-founded Rola, a B2B SaaS platform for professional associations, raising a successful seed round and earning admission to Blackstone's startup accelerator. Later, I founded The Vienna Agency, a full-service creative shop supporting early-stage startups. Our clients have gone on to raise $1M in capital, amass 22M+ impressions, and reach $17M+ in collective valuation. Along the way, I’ve supported the growth of 15+ seed-stage companies, led award-winning teams across both in-house and agency roles, and helped brands around the world launch campaigns that convert.
Before all that, I earned my degree in Media, Culture, and the Arts from The King’s College in NYC, graduating magna cum laude after immersing myself in the foundations of literature, history, film, and philosophy (with a brief pause to drop out and build Rola).
My journey has taken me from presenting brand systems in boardrooms to filming documentaries in Rwanda and Scotland for nonprofits tackling poverty and climate change. These diverse experiences shape how I approach creative work: always with a bias toward emotionally resonant storytelling.
Whether I’m crafting a brand identity, directing a campaign, or building performance dashboards, my goal is the same: to create meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact.
